Tredle runs AI agents for organisations. This page says what we collect when you use it, who it goes to, and how long we keep it. Questions go to privacy@tredle.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address, and either a password (stored only as a hash) or your Google sign-in.
- Your organisation's work: the agents, automations, integrations and settings you create; the messages, files and results of each run; and the activity an agent records while it works.
- Usage: how much each run used — tokens, models and time — for your organisation's usage page and billing.
- Operational logs: what the service needs to run and to investigate problems.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The app uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to protect your session.
Who it goes to
- Amazon Web Services hosts Tredle in Sydney, Australia, and stores its database and files there. Amazon SES sends our email.
- The AI provider your organisation connects (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Google) receives what an agent sends to its model: the instructions, the conversation and the content it works on. That account is your organisation's, under its terms with that provider.
- OpenRouter runs Ask Tredle, the in-app assistant, which sees your questions and the setup it is helping with.
- Brave Search receives the queries an agent searches the web for, when web search is enabled.
- Google, if you sign in with Google.
- Services you connect — Slack, Microsoft Teams, GitHub and others — exchange data with Tredle as you set them up to.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your organisation's content to train AI models.
How long we keep it
Your organisation's data is kept while you use Tredle. Anything deleted is recoverable for 90 days by default, then permanently destroyed with any files attached to it; your organisation can ask for a different window. A closed organisation's data is destroyed the same way. Usage records are kept for billing after the work they describe is deleted.
Security
Each agent step runs in its own isolated sandbox with no access to our database. Secrets and API keys are encrypted. Access within an organisation is set by its organisation and project roles.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or for your account or organisation to be deleted, at privacy@tredle.com. If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so here and, for anything significant, by email.
